Start a project review.

Bring a machine that does not exist yet, a robot cell, a control panel, a retrofit, or an inspection defect with samples. You will leave the call with a straight yes or no, a recommended next step, and a cheaper alternative if one exists.

The fit review on the inspection pages and the project review here are the same first call. One name for defects, one for machines, one meeting either way.

What happens next

  1. We read it and reply. Usually within 24 to 48 hours, with either a time for a call or a straight answer if the work is not a fit for us. Or skip the wait and pick a time for the call now.
  2. Thirty to sixty minutes on a call. You describe the machine, the line or the defect. We ask the five questions that decide fit.
  3. You get a straight answer. We tell you whether it is work we can do well, whether that is inspection, a complete machine, a robot cell or controls work. If something off the shelf solves it cheaper, we will say so and point you at it.
  4. If it is a good fit, a fixed scope Phase 1 proposal. Nothing open ended, and nothing you have to commit to on the call.

What to have ready

For inspection work

  • The defect, with representative good and bad samples
  • How the inspection is handled today, and why it is still manual
  • Line speed, product variation and SKU mix
  • What the problem costs in labor, scrap, escapes or rework

For machine, panel and controls work

  • What the machine or line needs to do, and the rate it needs to run
  • What is there today: the controls platform, panel photos, or the manual process
  • What is failing, slowing you down, or wearing people out, and what it costs

No RFP, no drawings and no budget number required.
