The short version
This website does not run advertising, does not set tracking cookies, and does not load scripts, fonts or images from third party servers. If you fill in the inquiry form, the information goes to us so we can answer you. That is the whole arrangement.
What we collect
- Information you send us. Your name, company, email address, telephone number if you give one, and whatever you write in the message field of the inquiry form. Sending the form opens a message in your own email program, so your inquiry reaches us as ordinary email.
- Nothing automatic beyond ordinary server logs. Whoever hosts this site keeps standard access logs, which typically include IP address, browser type and the pages requested. We use those only to keep the site working and secure.
- Calculator and fit check inputs stay in your browser. The numbers you enter into the exposure calculator, the line speed explorer and the fit check are processed on your device. They are not transmitted to us unless you choose to carry a fit check summary into the inquiry form and send it.
How we use it
To reply to your inquiry, to prepare a proposal if you ask for one, and to keep a record of the conversation. We do not sell contact information, rent it, or add anyone to a marketing list without being asked to.
Who sees it
IAS staff working on your inquiry. Our email provider and website host process the data in the ordinary course of delivering those services. If a project proceeds, information you share may be handled by the engineers assigned to it.
Product and process data
Samples, images and process data supplied during a feasibility study, validation or deployment remain yours. Handling of that material, including any use for model training, is governed by the written agreement for that phase rather than by this page. By default we do not use one customer's samples, images or process data to build or improve inspection models for anyone else. If a project agreement allows broader use, that agreement controls.
How long we keep it
Inquiries and project correspondence are kept for as long as the business relationship and our record keeping obligations require. Ask us to delete an inquiry and we will, unless we are required to retain it.
Security
Inquiries go to our business email and are readable only by IAS staff working on them. Project material is kept on company systems limited to the people assigned to your project. Email is not a sealed channel, so send drawings, formulas or anything covered by an NDA through the channel we set up for the project rather than the website form.
Your choices
Write to info@ias-in.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. There is no account to close and no subscription to manage. We honor these requests wherever you are located.
Children
This is a business to business site. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it.
